Big changes and improvements coming to Edgewood!

The Edgewood Manufactured Home Community has been acquired by Park OPP LLC, doing business as Edgewood Mora.

The Community has 97 lots in total:

  • 14 Units are owner occupants (Owned home, rented lot)
  • 6 units are "apartments" (meaning the unit and the lot are rentals)
  • 77 Empty lots (including 14 condemned units which are set to be removed)

    • Edgewood is set to become Mora's first "Golf Cart Community."
